Location: Farmington, ME

Shift Type: Days to be confirmed, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-focused nursing care to residents at the facility
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
Perform ongoing patient assessments and document changes in condition
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and charting
Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
Support a safe, clean environment and follow facility protocols and infection control practices

Qualifications

Valid LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — ability to practice in Maine required
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Recent clinical experience as an LPN preferred (1+ year preferred)
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Solid patient assessment and documentation skills
Comfortable working in a long-term care or similar clinical setting
Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
Collaborative approach to working with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
