Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 12.5-hour shifts; exact start/end times and scheduled days to be confirmed with the facility

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to RN or provider
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient dignity
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Maintain accurate and timely charting and handoffs for continuity of care

Qualifications

Current LPN or LVN license valid in Georgia
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or willingness to obtain
Prior clinical experience in a hospital or skilled nursing setting preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a team
Reliable, professional, and committed to patient safety and quality

Education

Completed LPN/LVN program or equivalent vocational nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Solid assessment skills and comfort with basic clinical procedures
Medication administration knowledge and safe documentation practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Familiarity with charting electronic health records is a plus
Compassionate bedside manner and patient advocacy mindset
