Location: Andover, MA

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents during the overnight shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform timely, thorough documentation of resident status and interventions
Assess changes in condition and communicate findings to the care team
Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity during nighttime hours
Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Massachusetts (or active RN license if applying as RN) — required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred where applicable
Comfort and competence working overnight shifts in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and team members
Ability to pass facility-required background checks and health screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN program (or accredited RN program if applying as RN)
High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Knowledgeable in resident assessment and documentation best practices
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond calmly in emergent situations
Familiarity with long-term care and rehabilitation routines
Team-oriented mindset and clear, compassionate communication
