Location: Andover, MA

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents at Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident status and report changes to the care team promptly
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting resident independence
Document resident care clearly and timely in clinical records
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and family to create personalized care plans
Support a positive, respectful environment that prioritizes dignity

Qualifications

Active LPN license valid in Massachusetts (required)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Previous experience in long-term care or rehab settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a resident-first attitude
Ability to pass facility background and health screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical knowledge of medication administration and wound care basics
Familiarity with electronic charting and documentation best practices
Ability to assess resident condition and escalate concerns appropriately
Comfort working in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
