Shift Type: Sunday-Tuesday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients during overnight hours
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to care plans
Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and escalate concerns to the care team
Document assessments and interventions clearly in the electronic health record
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary staff to support patient-centered care
Support patient comfort and family communication during admissions, transfers, and discharges

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico (required)
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or ability to obtain
Prior LPN experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred
Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Comfortable with patient assessments, vital signs, and documentation
Familiarity with infection control practices and safe patient handling
Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records
Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy overnight environment
