Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
Assist nursing staff with safe patient transfers and mobility
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, following infection control protocols
Document care and observations clearly and promptly in the patient record
Support a positive patient experience through respectful communication and teamwork

Qualifications

Current LNA certification (or equivalent) valid in New Hampshire
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and completing orientation
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude
Previous acute care or hospital experience is a plus

Education

Completion of an approved LNA program or equivalent certification

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and safety
Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Familiarity with infection prevention and control practices
Ability to follow care plans and communicate changes to the team
