Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and toileting with dignity and compassion
• Provide safe and attentive bedside care and support during the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift
• Take and record vital signs, observe changes in condition and report promptly to nursing staff
• Support mobility, transfers and safe use of assistive devices to prevent falls and injury
• Document care accurately and timely, maintaining resident confidentiality
• Collaborate with the care team to implement care plans and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain infection control standards and a clean, comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in New Hampshire or compact-eligible certification
• Travel LNA (T-LNA) experience preferred and demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new settings
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification is preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen and meet facility immunization requirements
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current LNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with ADLs, transfers and safe resident handling
• Comfortable taking and recording vital signs and basic observations
• Good charting and documentation skills
• Ability to follow care plans, facility protocols and infection control practices
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
