Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care consistent with facility policies and professional standards
• Demonstrate competence through Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and required evaluations
• Maintain required health and safety documentation including fit testing and respirator evaluation
• Follow infection prevention protocols and keep immunizations up to date
• Communicate clearly and collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members
• Document care accurately in the clinical record and participate in handoffs
• Support a positive patient experience by being compassionate, organized, and responsive

Qualifications

• Current, valid state license or certification appropriate to the position (e.g., RN, LPN, RT, PT — as applicable)
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing prior to assignment start
• Ability to pass required health screenings: Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and physical/health statement
• Up-to-date immunizations: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, and annual Influenza
• Proof of TB screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot)
• Successful fit test and respirator evaluation where applicable
• Reliable documentation and ability to meet credentialing timelines

Education

• Education as required by the role (e.g., ADN/BSN for RNs, diploma/certificate/degree appropriate to the specialty)
• Completion of any specialty certifications required by the facility prior to start

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care practices
• Infection control and standard precautions knowledge
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) or willingness to learn quickly
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Teamwork and collaboration across disciplines
• Attention to detail for documentation and compliance requirements
