Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients while following facility protocols
• Document patient assessments and care thoroughly and accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient-centered care plans
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and colleagues
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards at all times
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as required for the role (e.g., RN, LPN, RT, PT) — must be current and in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced certifications encouraged as applicable
• Demonstrated clinical competence and ability to follow facility policies and procedures
• Comfortable using electronic health records and basic clinical technology
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, or equivalent clinical training and experience
• Role-specific certifications or advanced credentials encouraged

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Accurate clinical documentation and charting in EHR systems
• Infection prevention, safety protocols, and compliance awareness
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Collaborative teamwork and effective interpersonal communication
