Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) with respect and dignity
Support safe mobility and transfers, helping residents stay as independent as possible
Observe, document and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents and families
Follow care plans and infection-control protocols to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

Current GNA certification (Class: GNA) — required
Comfortable and experienced working with the geriatric population
Ability to reliably work the 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM day shift
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
Infection control and safe care practices
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and care teams
Time management and documentation accuracy
