Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and document patient status, including vital signs and changes in condition
Assist nursing team with safe patient transfers, mobility, and positioning
Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients
Communicate clearly with nurses, therapists, and families to support coordinated care
Contribute to care planning and accurate, timely charting to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (or eligible) — Pennsylvania preferred
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including rotating day/night schedules
Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient-focused attitude
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational patient care skills and infection control practices
Basic vital signs monitoring and documentation
Familiarity with patient mobility and safe transfer techniques
Ability to follow care plans and communicate observations clearly
Teamwork, time management, and attention to detail
