Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist patients with hygiene, dressing, mobility, and feeding as directed
Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to nursing staff
Maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate observations clearly
Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety procedures
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent patient care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (Pennsylvania certification strongly preferred)
Completion of an accredited CNA training program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability
Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with nursing staff

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an accredited CNA program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and ADL assistance
Vital signs measurement and reporting
Safe patient handling and mobility assistance
Basic infection control practices and documentation
Teamwork, time management, and clear communication
