Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with safe transfers and mobility to promote independence
Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff
Support meal assistance and hydration to ensure proper nutrition
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection-control practices
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful communication

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) in Pennsylvania or eligible for state reciprocity
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Reliable attendance and a caring, patient-focused attitude
Basic competency with resident documentation and communication with clinical teams
Willingness to follow facility policies and participate in orientation/training

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
Comfortable with safe resident handling and transfer techniques
Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner
Basic charting/documentation skills and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a care team and follow clinical direction
