Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily activities
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
Assist with mobility, hygiene, and mealtime support
Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in North Carolina
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in basic patient care techniques
Knowledge of infection control practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
