Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend; optional call
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to laboring, delivery, and postpartum patients
- Circulate during C-sections and assist with deliveries in a fast-paced L&D unit
- Float to postpartum and NICU to care for grower/feeders as needed
- Monitor fetal heart tracings using FetalLink and document in Cerner
- Collaborate with OB techs, charge nurses, and neonatologists to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of recent L&D/PP experience required
- At least one prior travel contract preferred
- Active California RN license or compact license accepted
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification (AWOHNN intermediate or advanced) required
- Cerner experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in fetal monitoring and interpretation
- Ability to circulate C-sections and assist in high-risk deliveries
- Comfortable floating between L&D, postpartum, and NICU
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
