Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, including weekend rotation (Fri/Sat nights)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $88 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs using advanced surveillance systems
- Assist with low and high-risk deliveries in a Level III NICU environment
- Collaborate with laborists and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, manage IV lines, and support postpartum care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum of 2 years of recent L&D experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Advanced AWHONN certifications required
- Ability to pass a proctored Dysrhythmia test onsite
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in Cerner EMR and Fetal Link surveillance
- Strong understanding of advanced fetal monitoring
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to float to Peds and NICU as needed (feeders and growers)
