Dental Hygienist
Location: Old Bridge, New Jersey

Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide thorough dental cleanings and periodontal care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Assist dentist during procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Sterilize instruments and ensure a clean, safe environment
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Dental Hygiene license in good standing
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
- Knowledge of infection control protocols
- Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
