Registered Nurse - OR Circulate/Scrub
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Start Date: 08-11-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 4 x 10-hour day shifts per week with rotating evening/night/weekend call (call: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care during the intraoperative phase of surgery
- Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical procedures including robotics, general, ortho, eyes, ENT, neuro, and more
- Ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile environment
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members
- Participate in on-call shifts to cover emergencies and weekend surgeries
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 3 years of OR experience, including circulating and scrubbing
- Ability to take call and work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of intraoperative nursing and sterile technique
- Experience with robotics (DaVinci, Mako, Stealth) and various surgical specialties
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to different cases and procedures
