Cath Lab Technologist
Location: West Valley, UT
Start Date: 08-03-2026
End Date: 11-02-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Assist physicians during procedures by operating imaging equipment and monitoring patient vitals
- Prepare and maintain sterile field, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Document patient data accurately in the EPIC charting system
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience required
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI required
- Must be comfortable with on-call rotation and flexible scheduling
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and invasive procedures
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress, life-critical situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
