Location: Silverdale, Washington

Start Date: 08-03-2026

End Date: 11-02-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8s/10s/12s, varied start times (e.g., 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:15 AM - 3:00 PM), with weekend and holiday call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures, preparing the operating room and maintaining a sterile field
Handle and pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during CVOR cases
Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure seamless workflow and patient safety
Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies and weekend coverage
Utilize EPIC charting system for accurate documentation

Qualifications

Active Washington State Surgical Tech license
BLS certification from AHA
Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience
Robotics experience (da Vinci XI) preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile technique
Proficiency with EPIC charting system
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work varied shift lengths and schedules
