Shift Type: Days to be confirmed, 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
Document care accurately and maintain clear communication with colleagues
Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
Support residents' emotional needs and encourage independence whenever possible
Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care that makes a difference

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Comfortable working the listed day shift hours (6:30 AM - 6:45 PM)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with attention to detail
Ability to pass background check and any required health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient hygiene and mobility assistance
Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
Infection control and safe patient handling techniques
Accurate charting and documentation
Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
