Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily nursing care to residents following established nursing care procedures
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and dignity
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervisors promptly
• Accurately document care, observations and interventions in resident records
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
• Support a safe, clean and respectful living environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
• Comfortable working night shift hours (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Familiarity with long-term care best practices and resident-centered care
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction from supervisors
• Demonstrated reliability and a compassionate approach to resident care

Education

• CNA certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care and resident-focused bedside skills
• Resident care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Nursing care procedures and adherence to facility protocols
• Experience or comfort in a long-term care environment
