Shift Type: Days: To be confirmed, 2:45 PM - 7:15 PM (Day shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, focusing on dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Document resident care accurately and timely in facility records
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to support care plans

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Completion of a state-approved CNA program or equivalent
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
Previous CNA experience is a plus but enthusiastic new grads are welcome

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of activities of daily living and resident assistance techniques
Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
Infection control and hand hygiene best practices
Accurate documentation and basic charting skills
Patient safety, fall prevention, and safe transfer techniques
Teamwork, time management, and effective interpersonal skills
