Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
Document resident care and observations clearly in the chart
Communicate changes in condition to the nursing team and participate in care planning
Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
Support residents' dignity and independence while delivering high-quality care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable assisting with transfers and mobility; ability to follow safe lifting practices
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass background check and required screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with ADLs, personal care, and basic nursing tasks
Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
Ability to take accurate vital signs and observe changes in condition
Basic comfort with documentation and following care plans
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
Good time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
