Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Night)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents on the night shift
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and accurately document vital signs and resident changes
Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection-control practices
Communicate clearly with nursing staff and family members about resident needs

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Comfortable working per diem night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Able to perform direct resident care and follow care plans
Includes a 30-minute meal break as part of the shift

Knowledge & Skills

Resident care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Basic vital sign monitoring and observation skills
Safe transfer and fall-prevention techniques
Clear, compassionate communication and teamwork
Accurate documentation and attention to detail
