Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day)

Candidate Pay Rate: $28.97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Process and code vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Enter invoice and payment data into accounting software and maintain electronic records
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with professionalism
Prepare and assist with payment runs and check requests as required
Support month-end activities and provide reliable documentation for audits
Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to clarify invoice issues and ensure on-time payment
Suggest small process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
6+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
Proven experience using accounting software for invoice processing
Strong Excel skills and comfortable with data entry and basic formulas
Excellent organizational skills and strong math aptitude
Comfortable working on-site for the duration of the assignment

Education

High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and controls
Experience with invoice coding, PO matching, and vendor reconciliation
Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and basic data manipulation
Attention to detail and ability to spot and correct discrepancies
Clear verbal and written communication for vendor interactions
