Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and purchasing activities to support clinical and non-clinical operations
• Manage vendor relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers
• Analyze purchasing data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable purchasing plans
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors in alignment with organizational policies
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare clear reports and recommendations for leadership to support decision-making
• Support implementation of new sourcing initiatives and change management activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management is preferred
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor performance management
• Comfortable using procurement or ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Certifications such as CPSM or C.P.M. are a plus but not required
• Available to start on or around the listed start date

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

• Procurement and sourcing best practices
• Vendor relationship and contract management
• Data analysis and reporting for purchasing decisions
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with procurement/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and non-clinical teams
• Awareness of healthcare operational requirements and compliance
