Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily non-clinical tasks to keep the department running smoothly
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners
• Manage documentation and records accurately and in a timely manner
• Support onboarding and orientation for new staff or vendors
• Troubleshoot administrative issues and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient and operational support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare non-clinical role is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using electronic documentation systems and standard office software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Professionalism, reliability, and a patient-centered attitude

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Customer service and interpersonal skills to work well with patients and teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping and reporting
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality best practices
• Organizational skills and time management
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
