Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating day shifts with manager-set schedule. Typical start times: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Schedule includes weekend rotation every 3-5 weekends, every 4th holiday, and rotating on-call nights with a 15 minute response expectation for trauma and stroke.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging for traumas, strokes, chest pain and other acute presentations
• Operate Toshiba CT and department imaging equipment including portable units, fluoroscopy and C-arm as needed
• Start IVs when required and coordinate with nursing when IVs are already in place
• Respond rapidly to trauma and stroke activations and provide reliable imaging support under pressure
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in Meditech
• Collaborate with radiology supervisors, technologists and off-site radiologists to ensure seamless patient care
• Support isolation protocols and maintain infection control and patient safety standards

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• Current North Dakota state radiology license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of CT and X-ray experience
• Comfortable starting IVs when needed
• Experience with Meditech charting preferred
• Familiarity with Toshiba CT and portable imaging a plus
• Able to work scheduled weekends, rotating holidays and participate in on-call coverage
• Candidates must not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit including CHI or Dignity
• Required return to office up front of 7 days or less for a 13 week contract; additional RTO will not be approved
