Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (as-needed), 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Monitor and record vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and patient observations
Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support care plans
Support residents’ dignity and independence through respectful, person-centered care

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — current certification required
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, reliable direct-care support
Comfortable working overnight shifts and in a fast-paced clinical environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and hands-on assistance skills
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Good communication and teamwork with nursing staff and residents
Basic understanding of infection control and safety procedures
Reliable documentation and time-management skills
