Shift Type: Per diem (as scheduled), Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor residents’ condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Assist with safe transfers, ambulation and mobility support
- Take and record vital signs accurately and consistently
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
- Follow infection control, safety protocols and facility policies
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families and the care team
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Valid state authorization to practice in New Mexico or ability to obtain
- Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) and flexible scheduling
- Ability to pass required background checks and immunization/screening
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an approved CNA training program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of ADLs, bathing, feeding and toileting assistance
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Basic infection control and safety practices
- Comfortable with documentation and electronic charting basics
- Good time management and prioritization during busy shifts
- Compassionate patient interaction and effective teamwork
