Shift Type: Varied days (as scheduled), 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
- Document care, observations, and interventions accurately and promptly
- Support mealtimes and assist with feeding as needed
- Work as part of the care team to promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment
Qualifications
- Current GNA certification required
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable working night shifts and supporting geriatric residents
- Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required
- Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus
Education
- GNA certification required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of geriatric care principles and resident dignity
- Basic vital signs and observational skills
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Good communication and teamwork with clinical staff and families
- Basic charting and documentation skills
