Shift Type: Days not specified, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
Monitor residents’ comfort and safety and report changes to the nursing team promptly
Assist with meal setup and mealtime support, honoring dietary needs and preferences
Support activities of daily living and encourage resident independence whenever possible
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents and families

Qualifications

GNA certification (Class: GNA) required
Current CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Experience working with geriatric or long-term care populations is a plus
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Dependable, compassionate, and able to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Education

High school diploma or GED and completion of a GNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills: vital signs, mobility assistance, bathing and feeding support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with residents and families
Understanding of infection control and safe patient handling techniques
Attention to detail for accurate documentation and handoff reporting
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
