Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and support daily living activities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting needs
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
- Support safe patient mobility and fall prevention measures
- Maintain a clean, comfortable environment and follow infection control practices
- Communicate clearly with nurses and the care team to ensure coordinated care
- Document care and patient observations thoroughly and professionally
- Advocate for patient dignity and comfort in every interaction
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Active or eligible to obtain North Carolina CNA licensure
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
- Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Previous CNA experience preferred but new grads who meet certification requirements are welcome
Education
- High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of direct patient care and activities of daily living
- Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
- Infection prevention and standard precautions
- Safe patient handling and mobility assistance
- Basic charting and electronic documentation familiarity
- Effective teamwork and clear communication with clinical staff
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
