Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support daily living activities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility with dignity
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
- Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and safety
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver excellent care
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention practices
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in Pennsylvania (required)
- Current basic healthcare certifications as required by facility (e.g., TB screening, immunizations)
- Ability to pass background checks and mandated facility onboarding
- Dependable, patient-focused attitude and strong communication skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completed CNA training program and active certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of resident care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Basic infection control and safety practices
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and care teams
- Accurate documentation habits and attention to detail
- Teamwork, adaptability, and time management in fast-paced care settings
