Shift Type: Variable days (per diem), 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (Night shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record
- Support safe transfers and fall-prevention practices
- Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Respect patient dignity and communicate clearly with patients and families
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable working night shifts and adapting to variable per-diem schedules
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility health requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an approved CNA program and state certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and resident care techniques
- Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
- Ability to document care clearly and follow care plans
- Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
