Shift Type: Per diem (as-needed), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening/Night (days vary)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Support safe and comfortable care by following established care plans and procedures
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Assist with mobility, transfers, feeding, and toileting while promoting dignity
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control best practices
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful communication
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (must be active and in good standing; PA certification preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility needs
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
- Compassionate, dependable, and a team player
Education
- Completion of an approved CNA training program; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Skill in resident care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and take direction from nursing staff
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and assisting residents
