Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, direct care to residents, focusing on dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and resident interactions
- Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the care team to help implement individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Active CNA listing or eligibility to be listed in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an accredited CNA program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in resident care techniques and ADL assistance
- Working knowledge of infection control and safety best practices
- Ability to document care accurately and follow care plans
- Time management and teamwork in fast-paced care settings
- Comfortable with lifting and mobility assistance, using proper body mechanics
