Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics across surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Provide expert airway management and respond to anesthesia-related emergencies throughout the hospital
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively to ensure safe anesthetic delivery and recovery
• Document all patient care accurately and thoroughly in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care
• Participate in on-call coverage and support flexible shift coverage as needed

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential required
• Current, active board certification required (candidates with lapsed board certification are not eligible)
• Experienced CRNAs only — this role is not open to new graduates
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates (visa sponsorship available)
• Willing and able to commit to in-hospital coverage (not suited to long commutes over 1 hour or combining with another job)
• Comfortable participating in on-call coverage and flexible shift models
• Proven ability to document in EPIC EMR

Knowledge & Skills

• Anesthesia administration: IV, inhalation and regional techniques
• Advanced airway management across the hospital environment
• Pre-anesthetic evaluation and individualized anesthesia care planning
• Intraoperative and postoperative patient monitoring and management
• Regional anesthesia skills and pediatric/geriatric anesthesia experience (preferred)
• Clear, accurate EPIC EMR documentation skills
• Strong multidisciplinary collaboration and communication
