Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during night shifts
- Perform thorough assessments and accurately document patient status
- Administer medications and treatments safely and on schedule
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns promptly
- Support patients and families with clear communication and education
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Willingness and availability to work per diem night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with electronic charting and accurate documentation
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical nursing assessment and bedside care
- Medication administration and safe practice
- Electronic medical record documentation
- Basic patient education and discharge support
- Triage, critical thinking, and time management during busy shifts
