Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational tasks to keep the department running smoothly
• Support clinical teams with timely documentation, reporting, and logistics
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital policies
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and internal teams to facilitate excellent service
• Partner with managers to identify process improvements and implement practical solutions
• Provide reliable coverage and act as a dependable point of contact during your assignment

Qualifications

• Relevant non-clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and common office software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Licenses or certifications as required by the specific role (if applicable)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with hospital workflows and non-clinical support functions
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands
• Team-oriented attitude and flexibility to adapt to different unit needs
