Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care with professionalism and attention to detail
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document per facility policy
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record
- Support patient and family education with clear, empathetic communication
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (eligible to practice in New Hampshire preferred)
- Per diem availability and flexibility to work 12.5-hour day shifts
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication skills, dependable attendance, and a team-oriented mindset
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid fundamentals in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Comfortable with patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and documentation
- Good clinical judgment and ability to escalate concerns appropriately
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical settings while maintaining compassion
