Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Days not specified, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Day shift, 12.5-hour with 30-minute meal)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and bedside support
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform routine assessments and report changes to the care team
Document patient status and interventions clearly in the chart
Collaborate with nurses and providers to coordinate care plans
Support patient education and discharge planning with empathy
Maintain infection control and safety standards on every shift

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in the state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Previous LPN clinical experience preferred but new grads may be considered
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 12.5-hour shift when scheduled

Education

Practical nursing diploma or vocational nursing certificate (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Comfortable with vital sign monitoring, wound care, and ADL assistance
Proficient with documentation and electronic medical records
Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Patient-centered approach with good assessment and observation skills
