Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and perform routine nursing tasks to support patient comfort and recovery
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by RNs and providers with attention to safety and documentation
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the care team
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure smooth patient transitions
• Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient dignity and independence
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record and follow facility policies

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — New Hampshire licensure preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Comfortable with medication administration, wound care basics, and routine nursing procedures
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Previous LPN experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred but enthusiastic new grads welcome

Education

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN)
• High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of LPN clinical duties: medication administration, wound care, and patient assessments
• Accurate charting and familiarity with electronic health record basics
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Compassionate patient interaction and strong interpersonal skills
• Basic infection control and safety practices
