Shift Type: Varies (Per Diem, nights as needed), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Night shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff promptly
- Perform routine clinical tasks and follow care plans to support resident comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care delivered and observations
- Support a warm, respectful environment that promotes dignity and independence for residents
- Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies at all times
Qualifications
- Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification (NH and/or VT as applicable)
- Active CPR certification or willingness to obtain per facility requirement
- Comfort working overnight shifts and providing hands-on resident care
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to pass facility background checks and required screenings
Education
- LNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in ADLs and basic bedside care
- Knowledge of patient safety, infection control, and proper body mechanics
- Ability to document care accurately and communicate effectively with nursing team
- Compassionate bedside manner and patience when supporting older adults
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
