Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (day rotation; weekend rotation required)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic exams across the department, including portable, trauma, and OR imaging
- Operate fluoroscopy and C-arm/O-arm equipment safely and effectively during procedures
- Support emergency department trauma imaging with speed and accuracy when minutes matter
- Collaborate with surgeons, ED staff, and nurses to deliver timely imaging in the OR and trauma settings
- Maintain patient safety and comfort while following radiation safety protocols
- Document procedures and image metadata accurately in Cerner RadNet and other EMR systems
- Contribute to a positive team environment and help train/mentor less experienced staff when needed
Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of radiography experience (portable, OR, and ED trauma experience preferred)
- Proven experience with portable X-ray, surgical imaging, and trauma imaging
- Familiarity with Cerner RadNet or similar radiology EMR systems
- Comfort working rotating shifts with required weekend coverage
- Strong teamwork mindset and ability to work independently when needed
Education
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program (preferred)
- ARRT (R) certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in diagnostic radiography techniques including portable and OR imaging
- Experience with fluoroscopic procedures and C-arm / O-arm equipment
- Proficient with GE radiography systems and portable units
- Familiarity with Cerner RadNet workflow and image documentation
- Ability to prioritize in fast-paced ED and trauma environments
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
