Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and support under clinic protocols
Assist with intake, vital signs, and basic clinical assessments
Prepare patients and exam rooms for procedures and provider visits
Document patient encounters and maintain accurate clinical records
Follow infection control, safety, and facility-specific procedures
Communicate clearly with the care team and participate in orientation and trainings

Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant required; Certified Nursing Assistant accepted as alternative
Comfortable working in a correctional training facility environment
Available to work Monday through Friday on the posted shift
Willingness to attend required orientation

Education

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or CNA program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills such as taking vitals and patient preparation
Clear and professional communication with patients and team members
Accurate documentation and attention to detail
Ability to follow policies and maintain safety and confidentiality
