Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in a skilled rehab and nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document changes in patient condition
- Perform thorough assessments and communicate care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Support patient mobility, safety and restorative nursing goals
- Educate residents and families with clear, respectful communication
- Maintain accurate charting and compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts (must be current and in good standing)
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Stable clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a patient-first attitude
Education
- LPN: Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and infection control practices
- Familiarity with resident-centered care and rehab nursing principles
- Comfortable with documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Good assessment skills, vital signs monitoring, and wound care basics
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a busy nursing environment
