Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality X-ray and CT imaging studies in accordance with protocols
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures with care and clear communication
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment while following safety standards
- Use sound judgment to ensure patient comfort and image quality
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support patient care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in radiological technology
- Illinois Radiologic Technologist license required
- CRP Certification required
- Proven ability to perform X-ray and CT exams
- Strong communication skills in English and good interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and foundational math skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited program in radiological technology
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in X-ray imaging techniques and CT protocols
- Familiarity with radiologic technology best practices and safety
- Basic computer knowledge for imaging systems and documentation
- Ability to follow one- or two-step instructions accurately
- Sound judgment and common-sense approach to patient care
- Clear verbal communication and effective interpersonal skills
