Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform all CT exams with accuracy and compassion, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images
• Deliver outstanding patient care and comfort, especially in trauma and emergent situations
• Operate and maintain GE Optima CT scanners safely and according to protocol
• Document procedures and images accurately using McKesson PACS and Meditech
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and unit staff to support patient flow and outcomes
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control, and radiation protection practices
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through clear communication and professionalism

Qualifications

• KS License (required)
• ARRT (CT) certification
• CT Certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Minimum 2 years of CT/trauma experience (as stated)
• Demonstrated strong patient care skills and flexibility in a clinical setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in CT scanning and performing all CT exams
• Experience with GE Optima CT scanners
• Familiarity with McKesson PACS and Meditech documentation systems
• Strong trauma care experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent patient positioning, image optimization, and dose-management techniques
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
